What to wear for your pre-wedding shoot

Colour, texture and comfort matter more than trends. A simple guide to outfits that photograph beautifully — and feel like you.

Your pre-wedding shoot is the first time you’ll stand in front of our cameras, so it should feel easy. Start with clothes you already love.

Choose colours that complement the place

Earthy tones glow in the desert, deep jewel colours sing in old havelis, and soft pastels feel right by the sea. Think about your backdrop first.

Texture over pattern

Linen, silk, chikankari and hand-woven fabrics photograph far better than busy prints and logos.

Bring one change, not five

Two outfits give variety without eating into the light. More than that and we spend the golden hour in a car.
